There's a fungi

Bob is a native of Montclair, New Jersey. He came to D.C. for school and never left.

A pollster by trade, his early career was steeped in political campaigns. After his time running the polling operation for Bob Dole’s unsuccessful presidential campaign, he largely left campaign work to specialize in research and consulting for organization reputation, issues and crisis management.

In 2016 he left the Republican Party for good, as they had shown without doubt that they had collectively lost their minds.

Bob thinks cities are awesome and at some point realized there was a name for people like him: an urbanist.

He is a strong supporter of policies that advance sustainability, both through transportation and housing policy - and really, aren’t they the same thing? He thinks we should build a shitload >large quantity< of new houses near transit and shops and jobs so people don’t have to waste their lives in cars while killing the planet and endangering pedestrians.

He is currently working to bring the very white and very rich neighborhood where he lives, and the surrounding areas in Ward 3 that were all built to exclude, into the 21st century. As a result, a lot of entitled rich white people don’t like him.
